We offer a mobile computer troubleshooting service for Jamestown and the mid-north area, servicing PCs used for both home and business purposes. We are able to fix most problems with personal computers, laptops and some peripherals like printers and scanners.
If you've got a problem with a computer that has stopped working or won't do what it should, we can come to you at reasonable rates and fix it at your home or business premises, or you can bring it to us in Jamestown.
If we can't get it fixed at your premises within a reasonable amount of time, we can take your computer back with us to work on, and we can take it back to you when it is finished or you can come and collect it. Virus removal in particular can be very slow and we prefer to take computers away if we suspect a virus.
We also sell full systems or parts for upgrade, sourced either from Adelaide or Sydney, depending on the time frame they are required in. We do not keep stock on hand and will order items as they are needed. Contact us for details, or for any current specials.
We don't offer free support for computers or systems that haven't been purchased from us or repaired by us within the last 6 months.
